LICENSING OPPORTUNITIES
Armapal© has recently been granted Australian Patent AU2024378984 (13 August 2026) for its proprietary modular building system and Industrialised Building Productivity Platform. A cloud-based platform connecting manufacturers, suppliers, designers, developers and project owners, with an established alliance of component suppliers already in place (steel, insulated panels, footings, windows/doors, plumbing).
Rather than compete with established Australian modular builders, we're exploring licensing partnerships: giving existing MMC operators access to the patented system, the digital platform, and the pre-negotiated supply chain, without needing to build that infrastructure themselves.
If scaling faster, cutting supply-chain friction, or adding a licensed, patent-backed system to your existing operation is of interest, we'd welcome a conversation.
