The Armapal C4 Structural Platform
PFC & I-Beam Engineered Chassis System
Armapal is a pre-engineered structural steel platform built around a heavy-gauge PFC and I-beam Structural Steel, designed to solve the single hardest problem in scaling Modern Methods of Construction (MMC): the structural frames integrity.
Why the base frame matters
Every modular or offsite building system depends on a structural frame that carries engineering liability and determines whether a design achieves deemed-to-comply status. Originating and certifying that structure is the most technically demanding and capital-intensive part of building an MMC system often taking months and significant investment to get right.
The Armapal C4 Structural Platform has already done that work.
Proven, certified performance
The Armapal C4 Structural Platform achieved deemed-to-comply status under the Northern Territory Government's remote housing tender (T23-1912), engineered to withstand C4 cyclone loading (267 km/h) and Australian seismic loading standards a structural performance benchmark that exceeds standard residential requirements across most of the country.
We are now progressing re-certification of the same platform to Queensland, NSW, Victoria and WA standards, reflecting the same rigorous engineering already proven in one of the most demanding certification environments in Australia.
A platform, NOT a competitor
Armapal is not a competing building brand. The C4 Structural Platform is designed to sit underneath what builders and manufacturers already do well. Panel systems, glazing, flooring, and finishes remain the builder's domain — Armapal provides the certified structural foundation those elements are built on, removing the need for individual builders to originate and re-certify their own frame for every project or jurisdiction.
For builders and manufacturers scaling into government MMC panels and housing programs, that means faster compliance pathways, reduced engineering overhead, and a proven structural platform to build on.

LICENSING OPPORTUNITIES
Armapal© has recently been granted Australian Patent AU2024378984 (13 August 2026) for its proprietary modular building system and Industrialised Building Productivity Platform.
A building is only as good as the foundation it sits on.
At the core of the system is the Armapal C4 Structural Platform, a PFC & I-Beam Engineered Chassis System already deemed-to-comply to C4 cyclone loading (267 km/h) and Australian seismic standards. It's the structural foundation that carries the engineering liability and compliance sign-off other builders would otherwise need to originate and certify themselves.
Built around this platform is a cloud-based system connecting manufacturers, suppliers, designers, developers and project owners, with an established alliance of component suppliers already in place, steel, flooring, insulated panels, footings, windows/doors, Electrical.
Rather than compete with established Australian modular builders, we're exploring licensing partnerships: giving existing MMC operators access to the patented Armapal C4 Structural Platform, the digital platform, and the pre-negotiated supply chain, without needing to build that infrastructure themselves.
